Image an online appointment for 12:30. I was told to return around 1:30 to 2:00 and the phone would be ready. I was amazed at the short service time, but the phone was ready as promised. I am very pleased with the service.
Although my phone was unrepairable, I really appreciate them diagnosing it free and feel they did all that could possibly be done.I'll definitely go back to them should my phone ever fail me again in the future.
I filed a claim, scheduled an appt and went in, dropped my phone off. He gave me a time of about an hour, finished before then. I picked up on my lunch break. Screen is silk and smooth. (And to think I was gonna get another phone) Great, fast and speedy service. Forgot his name but young nice and he's a south paw like myself! Thanks again!
Don was awesome! I never write reviews, but Don took my phone that suddenly stopped working completely, and somehow made it come back on. Didn’t charge me a a dime. I have been doing business with CPR for years, and have never been disappointed. Thank you Don! I’m coming back to tip you sir. I don’t carry cash so I was not able to today. I promise you all will be my go to forever giving the fact you you keep your quality of staff.
These guys are a hidden gem. Don't go any where else. Honest and they care about what they do. Took my phone in for a charging port problem. They let me know the issue, cleaned out my port and didn't even bother charging me. Just outstanding customer service! Will be coming back!
